What Kids Will Experience

Our Day Off Camp includes a child-friendly yoga practice, big-body movement and play (think building, balancing, and exploring with props), hands-on creative projects, reading, and moments of rest and reflection.

Throughout the day, children naturally practice social-emotional skills such as emotional regulation, collaboration, and self-awareness within a safe, encouraging environment.

For this session only, children 7+ will also have the chance to learn the basics of Mahjong
